NORTHERN HOOSIER CRUISER CHRISTMAS DINNER

The Hoosier Cruisers met November 18, 2018, at Mullets in Nappanee, IN.  A  delicious Amish dinner was served to 34 members.  The gift exchange was a fun time.  One of the gifts was a large can of nuts that was a big hit.  The stealing of the nuts was in demand.  The afternoon get-together was fun and enjoyable by all.  Everyone brought some non-perishable items for a local food pantry; The Open Door Pantry.   They were very appreciative of the generosity of the members.  They extended a big "Thank You"
Those attending were:   Dane & Christina Bailey; Fred & Jane Bingman; Scott & Tami Bruner; Jerry & Roberta Covington; Harry and Connie DeCausemaker; Jack & Janice Dever; Kent & Martha Fites; Jack & Darlene Gebhart; Dean & Beverly Johnson; Jim & Louise Kelly, Steve & Judy Kincaid; Bob & Sandy Miler, Louise Moore & friend; Steve & Nancy Ruster; Larry & Diana Snyder; Doug & Betty Tillman and Jon & Sondra Walker.

I'M REGISTERED! ARE YOU!

GLAMARAMA 2018

Can you believe that it isn't Christmas yet and registration for GLAMARAMA 2018 has already begun? Yes, that's right. The first advertisement for the rally scheduled for June 6-10, 2018 in Allegan, Michigan will be published in the January 2018 FMC Magazine. There will be a tear out registration form or if you so desire you can access the registration process on the FMCA.com website. The http://glamaramarally.blogspot.com will also provide a link to the registration page on the FMCA website.

There will be much to see and lots to do at this new venue for the Great Lakes Area annual rally. For those wanting a little excitement there is a zip line across the Kalamazoo River in Allegan. Not 30 minutes away you can experience dune rides. If you want something a little less challenging you will find the historical village located right on the fairground property and admission is free. Those who like wine may wish to attend a winery tour in nearby Paw Paw. For car buffs you will find the car museum both educational and fun.

Be certain to register early if you want 30 amp service.  All sites have water, but the 30 amp sites are limited in quantity.  The majority of the sites at the Allegan Fairground are 50 amp.

What else will you find at the 2018 GLAMARAMA? Lots of vendors and motorhome dealers plus three nights of excellent entertainment, card bingo on Thursday following a free night to promote chapter meetings and activities, a golf outing (additional fee), ladies tea (additional fee), two morning coffee hours, ice cream social, picnic lunch and an all you can eat pancake and sausage breakfast. I'm getting hungry just writing this message. As in past GLAMA rallies there will be a reception for chapter officers and vendors, as well as a dinner for our wonderful volunteers. If you've never volunteered, you really need to get involved. Ask anyone who has volunteered at past rallies and they will tell you how much fun their rally experience was.

Spread the word. GLAMARAMA is back and it is better than ever!

If you have questions or comments, please feel free to contact GLAMA officers.
