Hoosier Cruisers at the International Convention

 We are having a great time at the 104th International Convention in Tucson AZ.  Hoosier Cruisers attending are Larry and Margaret Reynolds, Jerry and Roberta Covington, and Ken and Linda Lewis.  We held a mini block party and had 3 new couples join Hoosier Cruisers.

We look forward to having them join us at some of our upcoming rallies.  There are around 1400 coaches attending the convention this year.  We are enjoying good seminars, vendors, and lots of display coaches.  The weather started a little cool in the 60s but warmed up to the 90s by the end of the week.  And you can't beat the lovely Arizona sunshine.  See you all in May.

 The wake for Dean will be held on March 25th at the Calumet Park Funeral Chapel from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at 7535 Taft St., Merrillville, IN 46410. The funeral will be held at the same location on March 26th at 10:00 am.

Come join us for a weekend of exploring the historic town of Crawfordsville, IN in Montgomery County. Sugar Creek Campground is a family-owned campground which was established in 2003. Weather permitting, there are many activities including canoeing, fishing and water activities. This area is full of historical sites including a rotary jail, museums and historic homes. Many things that are highlighted refer to a famous author who lived in Crawfordsville—Lew Wallace. He is best known for writing, Ben Hur. He was a pallbearer for Abraham Lincoln’s funeral. Wabash College campus and Carnegie Library Museum are a must to see. For more information about Lew Wallace’s’ life, go to the internet to learn more about this man’s very interesting life. Hoosier Cruisers Northern Christmas Party

The Hoosier Cruisers gathered at Mullett's Amish Dining in Nappanee, Indiana. Those who attended were treated to an Amish family style dinner prepared by the Mullet family. The dinner included roast beef, fried chicken, salad, vegetable, mashed potatoes and gravey, noodles, dressing, rolls and pie.  What a feast!

As you can see members enjoyed an afternoon of great food and socializing with fellow Hoosier Cruisers in the Amish countryside!
