Highlights of the National Director's Report

Jerry Hardacre submitted the following National Director's Report from Redmond Oregon.

• Bylaw Amendment - past presidents would not be required to attend Executive Board meetings - motion failed
• Financial Report - FMCA cash position is $962,418.00, investment account is $9,000,000
• Membership - 76,397 members, FMCA is still losing members, but at a slower rate
• Policy and Procedure - mileage allowance for motorhome travel to double the IRS rate for automobiles and Chapter and Associate Chapter Operations must be consistent with National Bylaws
• Reinstatement of FMCAssist- become effective October 1, 2014 - details in the October FMCA Magazine
• Upcoming Conventions contingent on negotiations -

• 2017 Winter, Pomona, CA - Summer, Indianapolis, IN
