Sad News about Allen Heltzel

It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform all of you that Allen Heltzel passed away this afternoon, Sunday October 4th.  Please keep Karen and her family in your thoughts and prayers.  Arrangements are pending and I will pass them on to you as soon as they are available.
