Hoosier Cruisers May 17-20, 2018
Our rally will be held in the parking lot of the Cornerstone Brethren Church, 9601 S. Cowan Rd., Muncie IN 47302. We will be dry camping, so that means come with full fuel tank, full water tank and empty holding tanks. If you have questions about dry cramping give us a call and we will be glad to give you some pointers.
We will begin with a soup and salad supper on Thursday evening in the church. Bring your own drink. We will have campfire, weather permitting. There will be puzzles, games and cards available in the church during the whole weekend. Friday morning will start off with a carry-in breakfast. Bring your table service, drinks and a dish to share. There will be a business meeting following breakfast and then a sharing time with the ladies on new gadgets and experiences and the men will share tech tips. Lunch will be on your own.
Friday afternoon we will have a guided tour of the Rinard Orchid Greenhouse and time to walk through Christy Woods, which should be in full bloom with spring flowers. Friday evening we will have a catered chicken and noodle dinner. Campfire or games and cards will follow.
Join us Saturday morning for biscuits and gravy, and scrambled eggs provided by your Rally Masters. Bring your own drinks and table service. Enjoy the Farmers’ Market at Minnetrista during the morning and a tour to a local machine shop.
Lunch will be on your own. Saturday afternoon we will have a freedom party. Sherry Searles will present Accessories for Hope to raise awareness about the fastest growing crime on the planet, Human Trafficking. A carry-in dinner is scheduled for Saturday night. Pulled pork will be provided. Bring a dish to share, your table service and drinks. Movie night with popcorn will be held during the evening.
Sunday morning join us for coffee and donuts and devotions with the Cornerstone family. Safe travels until we meet again.
